Tom Bevan Coaching

Feeling stuck? Need a space to figure some stuff out or bounce some ideas around? Having a change in career?

As a coach, I support people to identify and clarify their own goals and develop their own plans to achieve them.

I am not here to tell you what to give advice or tell you what to do. Instead, the focus is on creating a productive, focused space for you - as the ‘coachee’ - to explore and move forward your own thinking and ideas. You will be encouraged to think for yourself through attentive listening, skilled questioning and sometimes exercises.

I offer 1-1 coaching over a series of 1 hour sessions, usually taking place on Zoom. Some people work with me for a few weeks or months, other people work with me on a longer term basis.

Tom is an accredited Relational Dynamic Coach, trained by Culture at Work and Relational Dynamics 1st.

Coaching Client Testimonials

  • "The sessions with Tom have been absolutely invaluable. He brings such a lovely calm energy to a session and even with the challenges of being online, creates a safe space to really open up and discuss. He's managed to help me identify nerve points within my practice that have been beyond useful to acknowledge and begin to deal with. I've still a long way to go but I feel like the road is already much clearer thanks to him. I can't recommend highly enough."

Sarah, Actor and Creative Producer, London

  • "Tom was incredibly good at giving me the tools to see my own thoughts and conversations in a new light. A very empowering experience and can only recommend!"

    Sophie, Marketing Freelancer, Bristol

  • "Huge thanks to Tom being such a welcoming, enthusiastic, creative. My coaching session with him was supportive and impactful with lots of practical advice and ideas.

I would recommend Tom highly as a coach and mentor."

    Stephanie, Cabaret Artist, Cardiff

  • "From his website, Tom seemed right away very approachable and this was true to form in initially booking the coaching session. Arranging the session was easy, and during it, Tom brings a sense of calm that gently leads you through the session, posing considered questions and thoughts that can help map out your own. I would happily recommend Tom’s services."
